Summer Camps 2024
At Waggoner Golf Academy we do Summer Golf Camps differently! Regardless of you child’s experience level with the game of golf they will leave a week at camp having elevated their golf skills, golf course knowledge, made new friends, and a desire to play golf for a lifetime. Waggoner Golf Academy utilizes 12+ years of teaching experience coupled with well known Junior Golf Curriculums to create the best Summer Camp experience in the area. Summer Jr. League
For Players 10-15 Y/O (with playing or competitive experience)
Waggoner Golf Academy wants to commit to your Junior Player this Summer. The Summer Time is a great opportunity to get your player the golf course experience they need to elevate their game for individual play, school team play, and PGA Junior League play in the Fall. This year’s Summer Jr. League will have a heavy emphasis on golf course teaching and will include the below:
2 Days Per Week of Golf Course Training
PGA Coaching on Mental Game, Warm-Up Technique, Pre-Shot Routine, & Course Management
Evaluation of Practice Strategies, & Creation of personal practice plan for at home or on range.
Connected Coach Experience
The Connected Coach Experience is the roadmap for any golfer to learn the game of golf, practice effectively, and improve their overall game consistently. With the use of the CoachNow App you will be able to work with your coach both in-person and virtually. It will be like having your coach in your pocket when you need it.
Waggoner Golf Academy is committed to the growth of the game and exposing Juniors to the game of golf and the amazing life lessons that golf teaches. The PGA Junior League format is designed for all ages/skill levels and uses a fun team inspired design to expose juniors to playing on the course while still emphasizing FUN. This program is best for Juniors trying golf for the first time or players looking to transition into a competitive golf environment for the first time.

Competitive Junior Development
Waggoner Golf Academy has the experience and resources to help your competitive junior elevate their game to the next level. With the use of the CoachNow App the player, family, and coach can stay in constant communication. This allows your student to work with their coach both in-person and remotely. This ensures that the player is practicing effectively, tracking their swing improvement, and elevating their performance on the course.
Ladies Golf Academy
The Ladies Golf Academy program is designed to create a comfortable group learning environment to help you better understand your own personal game, learn how to practice effectively, and have more FUN. The Ladies Golf Academy classes are offered weekly throughout the year and allow you to pick the class topics that interest you most along with different classes types based on your skill level/comfortability.

Waggoner Golf Academy is offering a new set of Golf Schools being offered in the month of April. First there is a the Ball Striking & Power School geared towards the players looking to elevate their games, consistency, and power. Second are the New Golfer Schools inviting players to be introduced to the game through Waggoner Golf Academy’s simplified approach for New Golfers. About Waggoner Golf Academy
Waggoner Golf Academy has been in business for 4 Years in South Florida and is located inside of Plantation Golf & Country Club in Venice, FL. Led by PGA Director of Instruction Seth Waggoner, with over 10 years of golf instruction experience, along with playing the game for over 20 years. Seth has been dedicated to understanding the golf swing and game of golf since he first picked up a club and is living out his dream of exposing all ages/skill levels to a better way to play!
